Concurrency

Each workspace can have a limited number of unfinished (queued or running) jobs at the same time. The default limit is 3. Check your current usage and limit with GET /account:

When the limit is reached, POST /videos/generation returns 429 with a Retry-After header. No job is created and you are not charged.

Wait Retry-After seconds and retry with the same Idempotency-Key and body. For batch workloads, keep a local queue and submit a new job only when an earlier one reaches a final status. Contact support@creatok.ai to request a higher limit.
